Health Coaching 101
How many times have you been to the physician and he or she does not even discuss diet, sleep, exercise, mental health, ect.? That is where health coaching comes into play, we fill that gaps that physicians don't usually focus on.
What is a Health Coach?
A Health Coach is a wellness professional that helps clients achieve their health and wellness goals on a mental, physical, and spiritual level. It could be that you need better sleep, more energy, stress management, better work-life balance, or anything that is holding you back from unleashing your full potential. Health Coaches create a unique space for their clients to explore their health and facilitate behavioral and lifestyle changes. Using my nutrition and coaching education, I will help you discover which food and lifestyle choices help you feel your best!
